hello everybody...
hmm.... eggcellent experiment was a great opportunity to check how does the theory of planning apply to the reality. Even though we - as a group - did not succed, in my opinion we did a good job. First of all, we followed the reguirements and we understood the deadlines. The objectives and the goals were also very clear and obvious (to win and to get five points extra ;). We knew what resources and how much of these resources can be used. We also developed the plan. This step - at least in my opinion - took the greatest amount of time. We developed many plans and many scenerios. Every member in my group had his/her own vision and arguments of how it should be done. As I mentioned before this step took us a lot of time, because we couldn't decide whose plan is the best. When we chose the final option, every member of my group had his/her own ideas of improvement. When it came to build the project every member of my group had his/hers job to do. We did not assigned the job, people chose what they wanted to do. We did everything what we set in our plan. Unfortunately, we lost. But, as I mentioned before I think we did a good job :)

Although the group I was in pretty much followed all the steps in planning we were still unable to keep the egg intact.
I guess the lesson here is that even with careful planning there’s nothing that can guarantee 100% success.
